Preferred Days for Classes

Teacher/Student Physical Contact

During the course of instruction, it may be necessary for the teacher to make physical contact with the student in order to demonstrate correct technique or execution of an exercise or choreography. In case of injury, a teacher may be required to provide first aid or treatment such as bandaging or applying an ice pack.

Photography and Electronic Recording

Parents/carers are permitted to photograph and video students in class during Open Days and Costume Displays only. An authorised teacher or member of staff may record students during class for development purposes. The school uses photos and videos of students for promotional purposes on posters, the website, and social media. If you do not wish your child to be photographed, please advise the school.

Student Supervision

Students will be supervised by authorised school staff or teachers during their designated class time only. Appropriate drop-off and collection times must be arranged by parents/carers before and after class.

Tuition Fees and Other Costs

Tuition fees are payable by the term. There are four terms per year. Tiny Tots, Teeny Tots, Bob & Bubs, and Adult classes are the exception, where tuition is paid at each class. A surcharge will apply to all fees not paid by the end of the term. Additional costs will apply to students participating in exams, eisteddfods, recitals, and other events throughout the dance year. These events are not compulsory.

By signing and submitting this enrolment form, you are agreeing to the conditions above and accept liability for all costs incurred.

Student Withdrawal

Any student withdrawal or discontinuation of classes must be advised in writing by email. Failure to do so may incur additional costs.
